How your order moves
Shipping is arranged case by case, and the arrangement is settled when we quote. It can be Prepaid: we coordinate and cover the shipment, and you get an all-in price. Or Collect: you work with your own freight forwarder, and they handle the international leg. What each side covers is agreed in the quote, based on destination, volume and the option you choose.
We handle
- •Preparing and consolidating your order in the Dominican Republic.
- •Ground transport within the Dominican Republic, with a licensed partner carrier.
- •Export documentation and coordination with the airline or with the forwarder you appoint.
- •Under Prepaid, booking and covering the shipment up to the point we agree on.
On your end
- •Tobacco import permits in your country, or a customs broker who handles them.
- •Deciding who is the importer of record before the order is confirmed.
- •Customs, duties and charges in the destination country.
- •Under Collect, appointing your forwarder and booking the international transport.
Buying by volume
Buying by volume improves your unit price, but that's not the only thing it changes: it also opens up more flexible payment terms, priority when availability is tight, and a direct contact for your account. Pricing is quoted by brand, presentation, quantity and frequency — tell us what you need and we'll put a proposal together.
