About Cava Real Cigars
Cava Real Cigars selects and distributes premium cigars handcrafted by partner factories in the Dominican Republic. We are not manufacturers: every brand in the catalog keeps its own origin, blend and characteristics.
Minimum age
Sales are limited to people 18 years or older. The age check when entering the site is a self-declaration by the visitor, not an identity check.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Dominican pesos (DOP), with an approximate USD reference that is not the charged amount. Prices and stock can change without notice, and an item may sell out between being added to the cart and the order being confirmed.
How an order is closed
This site does not process card payments: payment is made by bank transfer. When you confirm your order, you upload the transfer receipt and we verify it. If everything checks out, your order is confirmed. If the receipt isn't valid or there's an issue with the payment, we cancel the order and contact you by email to arrange a refund if applicable. We will only reach out by WhatsApp or email if there's a problem with the payment.
Cancellations and changes
While an order is in "received" or "confirmed" status you can request a change or cancellation by writing to us on WhatsApp or email.
Governing law
This site and any sales made through it are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
